I Spent $2,819 On PE Devices (Part 5) Girth Training

pe devices Jan 13, 2025

You've finally got the tools to make your penis longer thanks to the last four parts in this series on PE Devices:

Now you want to get thicker!

Girth Training is all about causing the penis to expand beyond its current thickness. The are two basic mechanisms to create this condition:

  • Creating low pressure (vacuum) around the penis so more bodily fluids move into the penis due to the pressure differential.
  • Restricting blood flow out of the penis, while allowing blood flow into the penis, creating greater blood pressure within the penis.

The tools we use to make this happen are:

  • Vacuum Cylinders & Pumps
  • Blood Flow Restriction Rings
  • Clamps

The safest and simplest method is Vacuum Cylinders & Pumps.

The cylinder is what your penis goes in to, getting the sizing right is critical.

  • Too Small and you don't have room for the penis to expand.
  • Too Large and you will suffer from:
    • Excessive fluid build up
    • Excessive skin stretching
    • Balls getting sucked in (really hurts)
    • Trouble getting and maintaining a seal

My rule of thumb for cylinder sizing is to aim for a cylinder that is 15% to 25% larger than your maximum erect girth excluding the base of the penis. Don't worry about doing the math, I made a cheat sheet for you that makes this easy:

Find where your penis falls in between the minimum and maximum (right two columns) the cylinder diameter in the left column is the size for you. So if you're 4.75" Erect girth you would want a 1.75" cylinder.

Once you have the right size there are a couple other features to look for in a cylinder to maximize comfort and effectiveness:

  • Straight Wall / Untapered
  • Large / Wide Flange
  • Round Flange

I have found one brand that offers all or most of these sizes, with the desired features, at a decent price, with good customer service and great quality. That is LeLuv. Sure you can find something very similar for $10-15 less on AliExpress or eBay, but you'll deal with long wait times and have no customer service / support. It's easier just to spend a few extra bucks for the quick delivery and customer support in case you have an issue.

Now that you have a cylinder you need a way to pull a vacuum on it.

You can use a manual hand pump, or an electronic pump.

Hand pumps are little less convenient and save you a few bucks.

If you chose a hand pump it MUST have a pressure release valve / button and a gauge.

Electronic pumps are significantly more convenient but cost a little more and you have to keep them charged.

I personally have found the LeLuv Magna to be a great bang for the buck.

Best bet, buy one of LeLuv's Cylinder + Pump Kits off Amazon. $80-90 gets you a hand pump kit, $110 to $120 get's you an electronic pump kit.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

It's important to understand BFR exists on a spectrum dependent on the pressure applied by the BFR device(s). Light pressure will minimally restrict blood flow, with enough pressure all blood flow in or out can be completely restricted. Completely stopping blood flow in & out is not ideal. We want to apply just enough pressure to limit blood flow OUT but not inhibit blood flow IN.

Stretchy Cock Rings work great for this. By mixing and matching you can find a size or combination of rings that provides the right amount of blood flow restriction for you. The important characteristics we're looking for in cock rings to do this job is:

  • Variety of sizes so you can find the perfect fit.
  • Stretchy (Silicone, TPE, Rubber) materials.
  • Wide and flat surface to distribute pressure evenly and prevent them from digging into your skin.

Best bet, go on amazon, buy a few different multi packs. You’ll find a couple in each pack that fit well and work for you and likely end up with some that are too large right now but won’t be a few months from now.

As you advance you may consider more extreme Blood Flow Restriction using "Cable Clamps". I strongly advise AGAINST using Cable Clamps for BFR or any form of PE.

If you want to take your BFR to the next level then consider a device purpose built for it.

The Python Clamp.

A genius creation from a PE legend. The real benefit here is being able to pair your clamp with a pump. This allows you to pump to reach max expansion, then apply the clamp to retain that expansion and get the benefits of clamping.

This is a tool for ADVANCED PE Practitioners. If you haven't been pumping and clamping for 6+ months you shouldn't even look this devices direction.

So, what do I need to start improving my girth right now?

  • A properly fit Cylinder and Pump (manual or electronic).
  • An assortment of stretchy cock rings.

That's it.

Stay tuned for Part 6! We will wrap everything up with a list of what to buy to get started on your PE Journey with Devices.

Until then,
