Ever feel like your PE results are random?

That was me when I started. I’d measure every few weeks, hoping for growth but never knowing what caused it—or why it stalled. My routine changed on a whim. And my results reflected that: erratic, inconsistent, unpredictable.

Then I realized something that changed everything.

 

You Can’t Improve What You Don’t Measure

Imagine trying to build muscle without tracking your workouts. Randomly selecting your weights, reps, sets. No Plan. No Numbers. Just vibes. How well do you think that works?

Tracking isn’t busywork. It’s the shortcut to faster gains.

 

"More Data Won’t Get Me Faster Gains"

You’re right. Data alone won’t change anything. But better decisions will. And tracking gives you the clarity to make the best training choices.

Hit a plateau? Without tracking, you have no idea why. With tracking, you can see:

  • What was working when you were gaining.
  • What changed when progress slowed.
  • Whether you’re overtraining or undertraining.

It’s like driving a car with no dashboard. No speedometer, gas gauge, or warning lights. If something’s wrong, you won’t know until it’s too late. Because you’re flying blind.

"I’m Making Progress Without Tracking—Why Change?"

That’s great—you’re growing. But if you don’t track what’s working, how will you repeat it when progress stalls?

Gains without tracking are like finding money on the ground. Nice when it happens, but completely out of your control. Tracking is like learning how to make money on demand. Instead of hoping for luck, you are in control of the results.

Your memory isn’t as sharp as you think. If you don’t document what works, you’re just guessing. Tracking turns random success into a repeatable formula.

 

"I’m Just Doing This Casually—Tracking Is Overkill"

Casual effort leads to casual results.

If you’re fine with slow, inconsistent gains, keep guessing. But if you want real, measurable growth, it’s time to track.

A one-minute note after your session is a tiny effort for a massive payoff.

 

How to Turn PE into a Predictable Science

You don’t need to log every detail—just the key indicators that determine your results.

1) For length sessions, measure and record Elongation %

WHY? Elongation % tells you how much you stretched the penis. It reveals how effective the session was.

HOW?

  • Measure and record BPFSL before and after the session.
  • Use this formula: ([POST] - [PRE]) / [PRE] x 100.
  • EX: 200mm PRE, 205mm POST. (205-200) / 200 = 2.5% Elongation.

 

2) For girth sessions, measure and record Expansion %

WHY? Expansion % shows how much you forced expansion in a session. It reveals how effective the session was.

HOW?

  • Measure and record Erect Girth before and after the session.
    • PRO TIP: Use a snug cock ring to reduce EQ fluctuations affecting accuracy.
  • Use the same formula as elongation.
  • EX: 140mm PRE, 150mm POST. (150-140) / 140 = 7.14% Expansion.

 

3) Load

WHY? Load quantifies your session’s total work—Force x Duration.

HOW?

  • Record force used and duration (minutes).
  • Multiply FORCE by TIME to get FORCE MINUTES.

 

4) Physiological Indicators

WHY? They tell you how your body is responding.

HOW?

  • Track EQ, soreness, fatigue, and other indicators.
  • Categorize as positive, neutral, or negative.

 

5) Look for Patterns and Trends

WHY? The trends tell you the STORY of your PE journey. Once you see the story, you can change the narrative.

HOW? Each week, review your data:

  • Are physiological indicators improving or declining?
  • Has my load increased, decreased or stayed the same?
  • Is my Elongation improving?
  • Is my Expansion improving?
  • Is my BPFSL increasing?
  • Is my Erect Girth increasing?

With these answers, what to do next becomes obvious.
