Then biology takes over with the Stimulus → Fatigue → Recovery → Adaptation (SFRA) cycle.
Where Most Guys Go Wrong
Because stimulus starts the cycle, it’s easy to assume “more stimulus = more growth.”
In reality, recovery is typically the limiting factor.
And increasing your rate of recovery is a long game that comes from improving your general health. Which takes months and years, not days and weeks.
This is why there's no one-size-fits-all routine and you can’t significantly speed up your gains with a quick hack or shortcut.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t reach your goal size sooner.
You just have to fix the problem directly in front of you.
What’s Really Slowing You Down
Your problem isn’t that you aren’t growing fast enough.

Where most guys waste their time before starting to grow:
