So, You Want to Get Bigger?

 Almost every guy wants to get bigger…
But how many actually do?
Even as a coach, I can tell you – not many.
 And it’s not because PE doesn’t work.
 It’s because most guys aren’t willing to do the work.
Here’s what you’re really up against if you go down this path:
1) The Fantasy of Perfection
You tell yourself, “I’ll start once I find the perfect routine…” 
 Or “the perfect device…”
 But perfectionism is just procrastination in disguise. 
 The only way to find what works… is to start.
2) The Feeling of “Wasting” Time
You’re doing the same boring routine for 1-2 hours a day, 4-5-6 days a week, for months on end…
 And your measurements?
 They barely move each week (if you’re lucky).
By week 3 or 4 it will begin to feel pointless.
 All this effort, for what? A few millimeters?
But those tiny gains compound with time. 
 And in 6 months you’ll look back and realize: 
You’ve become a completely different man.
3) The Emotional Whiplash
Every time you measure. 
 You’ll feel like a god when you hit a new PR.
 Then a week later, a minor stall or little dip will send you into a spiral. 
 You’ll wonder if you’re broken. If it’s working. If you’re wasting your time. 
 This isn’t just a physical journey — it’s psychological warfare.
4) The Desire for Novelty
You’ll constantly be tempted to tinker.
 Swapping routines, tweaking devices, chasing hacks and “short-cuts”.
 But what you need to be doing is sticking to the boring-but-effective plan. 
 All you actually need is consistency.
 Boring. Repetitive. Unsexy Consistency.
 That’s what produces results.
5) The Plateau
It’s coming. Every guy hits it. 
 And most guys give up here. 
 But if you push through? 
 You’ll unlock new heights…
6) The Pressure of Progress
No boss. No deadline. No one to answer to.
 Just you, your routine, and your discipline. 
 That’s a gift — and a test.
You say you want to grow... Great.
But if you’re not willing to face these challenges, then do yourself a favor – let go of the fantasy.
Because telling yourself you could be bigger – while doing nothing about it – is a recipe for endless suffering and long-term regret.
