  3. Recovery
    • Gauged by your bio-feedback (EQ, Soreness, PI's)
    • Determined by your lifestyle (sleep, stress, nutrition) + session frequency = your recovery capacity.
  4. Adaptation
    • Recover well → adaptation → permanent growth.
