Setback to Comeback. I Gained 1.5" in <12 months — Now You Can Too

“Complacency is the Death of Dreams”

I had made it. I'd built a lean, muscular body.
I'd added 2" in length. I felt more confident and in control than ever before.

Then I lost it...

I got comfortable. I got sucked into the corporate world. And it drained the life from me.

I stopped doing PE. My training started slipping. My diet fell apart.
I watched my muscle fade, gut grow — and my size shrink.

 

I fell back into old excuses:
"Genetics make me this way. I’m just not meant to be lean, muscular, and well-endowed."

But deep down, I knew the truth. My lifestyle had become the problem.
Drinking too much.
Living off fast food.
Barely exercising.
Stressed and exhausted.

I had let myself go. 

 

The Comeback

In 2023, I reached a breaking point.
I walked away from the job. I recommitted to rebuilding myself.

What happened next was the fastest growth of my life.

In less than 12 months, I gained:

  • 1.5" Length
  • 0.7" Girth
  • 30+ lbs of Muscle
  • Lost 10+ lbs of Fat

Improvements at a rate far beyond my previous growth, even though I was now in my 30's...

But How?

This time, I had a system.
No Guesswork or Trial and Error.
Just simple principles, applied with precision.

 

What Worked

 

  • Using the RIGHT tools
  • Finding my Minimum Effective Stimulus — How little PE is needed to cause growth.
  • Training at my Maximum Recoverable Frequency — As often as I could without burning out, or injuring myself.
  • Track everything — So I knew what was working, and could make smart adjustments.

 

After just four months, I had gained 1.1 inches in length and 0.4 inches in girth.
The best part? My wife noticed.
Hearing "You’re too long to deepthroat" for the first time was… immensely satisfying.

 

The $2,800 and 6-Month Mistake

Those 4 months were the best and fastest gains of my life.
I should have stuck with what worked.
But I got caught up chasing faster results, trying every new device and theory out there.

I spent $2,800 and 6 months testing everything.

The Result? Only 0.4 inches in length and 0.3 inches in girth.
