Stop Blaming Genetics. Take Control of Your Size

I thought size was 100% Genetic. Fixed. Permanent. Out of my control.
That I was stuck with what I had.

But I was wrong. 

 

In 2014, one dinner conversation changed my life.

“My last boyfriend was a porn star. He was huge, could last forever, and always hit the right spots. The guy before him was so big I had to soak him in coconut oil just to get him inside me.” 

She was lost in the memory, speaking with a passion I had never seen before.
Then she caught my expression.
Her face shifted. “Sex with you is good too” she added, but the energy was gone.

I couldn’t say anything. Just smile and nod.
But something inside me cracked.
I knew I wasn’t “Big”. But up until that moment, I had confidence.
I had never felt inadequate—until now.

I tried to rationalize it.
I found CalcSD.info, a site that compares your size against scientific studies.
Turns out, I was about average—maybe a little below, but nothing drastic.
That should have been reassuring. It wasn’t.

I dug deeper.
What determines penis size?
Genetics. Nothing I could do about it.
That just made it worse. I felt powerless.

Then I remembered the last time I felt this way. The last time I let genetics define me.

 

The First Time I Refused to Settle

At 20 years old, I was six feet tall and barely 100 pounds—skinny, weak, and introverted.
I despised my body and desperately wanted to be athletic, muscular, confident, outgoing and charismatic.
I told myself it was genetics, I was just “built this way” and there was nothing I could do about it.

Until one day, I stopped making excuses — and got to work.
I spent four years training hard. Gained 60 lbs of muscle. Built a body I was proud of.

And then…
That dinner conversation reminded me: I still had more growing to do.

 

Taking Control Again

I wanted to believe it didn’t matter.
Science says my penis size is normal, and that penis size is genetic.

But I didn’t want to be just “average” and for sex with me to be “good”.
I wanted to be Bigger. I wanted to be The Best.
I wanted to be Memorable, like those guys she described.

And I knew deep down, blaming genetics was just making excuses. Again.

So, like before, I stopped making excuses and took action.

I dove deep into researching how to enlarge my penis, then began experimenting.
Over the next two years, I gained nearly 2 inches in length and 0.7 inches in girth.

And my girlfriend noticed. The way she reacted. The way she spoke. The way her body responded. It changed everything.

For the first time, I felt completely in control of my body. The confidence that came with that was unlike anything I had ever experienced.

By 2018, I was satisfied. I had built the body I wanted. I had grown in ways I never thought possible. And I was happy.

Until I let it slip away.

 

Losing Progress—and Rebuilding Bigger, Faster

Life happened. Five years of neglect took their toll.

I lost muscle. I gained fat. I even lost some of my PE gains.

By summer of 2023, I had reached my breaking point. I walked away from my exhausting 60+ hour-a-week corporate job and committed to rebuilding myself.

One year later I had:

  • Gained 30+ pounds of muscle.

  • Dropped 10+ pounds of fat.

  • And—most exciting of all—I added another 1.5 inches in length and 0.7 inches in girth.

This time, I made progress faster.
I had already spent years learning what works and what doesn’t.
I didn’t waste time on guesswork. I followed a proven system.
