This Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) applies only to the specific paid digital product identified at checkout and purchased directly from pinnaclemale.net (“Quick Start Blueprint”). It forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility Window

• Refund requests must be submitted no earlier than day 30 and no later than day 45 after the purchase date, inclusive (based on our order timestamp in America/Arizona time).
• Requests received outside this window are not eligible.

What’s Covered / Not Covered

• Covered: One (1) Product purchase per customer (first purchase only).
• Not covered: Coaching, community memberships, bundles, upgrades, discounted re-purchases, gift purchases, third-party products, or purchases made through unauthorized sellers/marketplaces.

Conditions You Must Meet

To qualify for a refund, you must email [email protected] during the Eligibility Window with the subject line “Refund Request – Order #____” and include all items below:

1. Proof of Device Purchase
   Dated receipt(s) showing purchase of the recommended devices listed in the Device Cheat Sheet (or listed alternatives) within 14 days of your Product purchase. Receipt must show items, date, and ship to name matching order name of the pinnaclemale.net purchase.
2. Proof of Completion
   Evidence of 100% completion of all videos/modules required by the Product (e.g., platform progress report or clear screenshots showing full completion in your account).
3. Proof of Seeking Help
   Evidence that you requested help at least once during days 1–30 after purchase via either:
• A comment on the relevant lesson video; or
• An email to [email protected]
  Attach screenshots or email headers showing date/time and our reply (if any).
4. Detailed Issue Description
   A written summary (5–10 sentences) describing the exact issue(s) you encountered, what you tried, and how you implemented any guidance provided.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify eligibility (e.g., short video or photos of device fit/usage) and you agree to cooperate in good faith.

How Refunds Are Issued

• If approved, we will issue a refund of the Product purchase price to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Your access to the Product and any included bonuses will be revoked upon refund.
• We cannot refund any third-party costs (e.g., devices or accessories), taxes charged by third parties, or currency conversion/issuer fees.

Limitations & Abuse Prevention

• One refund per customer (per lifetime) for the Product.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund history, chargebacks, or failure to provide the required proof.
• Chargebacks filed before completing the Guarantee process may result in loss of access and ineligibility for the Guarantee.

No Other Rights Affected

• This Guarantee provides an additional, voluntary remedy and does not affect any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Changes

Waiver of Liability & Terms of Service
